Funny how things come full circle. Growing up, I hated the kitchen — now it’s where I feel most alive. From being dragged to the grocery store by my mom to creating my own recipes and flavor combinations, every moment was preparation for this passion.

Bite Theory is more than food — it’s the result of lessons learned, love poured into every plate, and a God-given gift to serve others through flavor. What started with Monday Munchies has grown into a culinary experience built on joy, creativity, and faith.
